Returns & Exchanges

At USA Gundam Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel and accessories. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping container, making sure to include the packing slip and the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
